Refund and Returns Policy

Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Gibi Online Store:
- You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it except during the December holiday season. During the December holiday season, you have until the next month on January 15 to return an item.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Gibi through the Gibi Online Store can be returned to Gibi. Gibi products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged in the original retail packaging with all cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it.
- If the product is in new condition, you will be refunded for the price paid.
- If the product is used or damaged (scratched, nicked, etc), a partial refund will be provided based on the amount of damage assessed.
- If the retail packaging is damaged or not included in the return, there will be a $15 restocking fee.
- Personalized decals are not refundable.
- If a decal is used or damaged (scratched, nicked, etc), it is not refundable.
- Shipping and handling are not refundable.
- There is a return processing fee of $10 for each product returned.
Gibi Subscription Service Cancellation
Returning your Gibi device will not automatically cancel your Gibi subscription service account; you are responsible to cancel your Gibi subscription service account. Please contact Customer Support at email@example.com for more information.
How to Return An Item
Ship your item back to Gibi
To return an item to Gibi, send to the below address. Include your contact information, including your email address, and a copy of the receipt.

Once we receive your item, a refund will be processed within 15 days of receipt with exception of the holiday season in December. It may take longer during the holiday season. Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within ten business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

The purchase and use of Gibi products are subject to additional terms and conditions found at https://getgibi.com/legal/.
U.S. Shipping Only
Products purchased online from Gibi will only be shipped to addresses within the U.S. and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations.
