Battery Recycling and Replacement

All rechargeable batteries have a limited lifespan and may eventually need to be replaced and recycled. Your own battery’s lifespan will vary depending on how you use your device as well as the settings you choose for it.

Use a Gibi or a Gibi-authorized service provider for a replacement.

If you need to charge your battery more and more frequently, it might be time to replace it.  The 90-day warranty includes coverage for a defective battery. If it is out of warranty, Gibi offers discounts for a replacement Gibi device.  For more info, email woofwoof@gibitechnologies.com.

We will recycle your battery responsibly.

Putting any battery directly in the trash is dangerous for the environment.  If you recycle your entire device with us, battery included — you might qualify for a credit to use toward a new Gibi product or service on a replacement Gibi.  You can be sure they’ll be recycled with respect for the earth.  For more info, email woofwoof@gibitechnologies.com.
